Early Bird Terms & Conditions
1. Valid bookings that meet our Early Bird offer criteria will receive 10% of the booking value in the form of VIP Credit (https://www.menorcaprivateowners.co.uk/offers/holiday-credit). This will be added to the booker's account automatically once the booking is confirmed.
2. Double VIP Credit will be added to your account up to 14 days after your booking is confirmed.
3. VIP Credit is valid for 365 days from the date issued.
4. VIP Credit can only be redeemed against bookings when you have a minimum of £50 in your account.
5. VIP Credit can be used to redeem up to half the value of any holiday.
6. VIP Credit cannot be used on replacement bookings when transferring your original deposit to new dates.
7. VIP Credit will be deducted at the time of your balance payment on your next booking.
8. VIP Credit is not eligible for Agents or partners.

Chance to Win a VIP Experience Package
1. By booking a 2026 holiday during our Early Bird Offer, you will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win one of ten VIP Experience Packages.
2. The prize includes the following extras for your 2026 booking: A private chef dinner, champagne welcome on arrival, stocked fridge/welcome hamper, maid service, airport lounge passes, airport transfers, VIP concierge service.*
3. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. If any of the services are unavailable during the winner’s stay, we will supply the equivalent value in VIP Credit to the lead booker’s account.
4. The prizes is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
5. The winners will be contacted within 28 days of the Early Bird end date.
6. The VIP experiences will be booked by our concierge service.
General Terms & Conditions
1. Offer applies to all bookings made between 15 December 2025 and 28th February 2026.
2. Exclusive Early Access applies to all bookings made between 1st December 2025 -15th December 2025. By invitation only.
3. Offer applies to holidays departing between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026.
4. Offer does not apply to wedding bookings.
5. Offer does not apply to bookings made by agents or third-parties.
6. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, including AMEX cashback offer.
